THE FARM

Three generations on the same hillside.

The Hattori family has farmed this slope in Wazuka since 1948 — mist, mineral soil, and slow growth make the leaf.

Every batch is picked by hand, steamed within hours, and finished over tradition.

We sell only what our fields give — when the season ends, so does the stock.
